how to remove wax from carpet::You will need the following items.
The first step is to remove as much of the wax as possible.
Take a brush or towel and pick at the wax.
You do not have to do it aggressively, you are simply try to remove as much as possible without damaging the carpet.
Step two: get the towel wet.
Ring it out so it is damp.
It is very important that the towel stay damp.
Step three: turn the iron on its lowest setting and place the damp towel over the spot.
Begin ironing the spot.
Be sure not to have the iron go into direct contact with the carpet fibers.
Carpet fibers are easy to melt so keep that towel wet.
Keep the iron moving.
Do not let the iron rest in one spot as this can damage the carpet.
The wax will now heat up and stick to the damp towel.
You can also place a brown paper bag over the spot and then place the damp towel over the brown paper bag if the was does not come up from the first method.
