You can just use complimentary colors.

And paint your walls a light blue with maybe an orange stripe going horizontally.
That many be a little boyish though.
You can go with a blue and pink theme.
A blue and white theme.
Have your walls be striped vertically with blue and a light blue.
And have your bed be white and get a white rug.
